Occupational Purpose 


Coaches teams to apply design thinking approaches and methodologies to understand and address complex challenges, creating innovative solutions for problem-solving and addressing needs. They immerse themselves in the environment and context of the problem or need, approach it from multiple perspectives, and collaboratively apply analysis and synthesis of data from multiple sources in a coherent and relevant manner. 

Occupational Tasks 

    1. Lead teams to conduct applied ethnographic research and immerse themselves in the environment and context to enhance engagement and empathy with stakeholders and problem analysis.
    2. Act as a conduit for, and lead teams to understand problems and create innovative solutions using design thinking methodologies.
    3. Apply the design thinking process and methodology to stimulate creativity and innovation in designing and creating innovative solutions to solve problems.
