Every day, countless young individuals approach PAICTA with aspirations to enroll in international courses like CompTIA, but financial hurdles hinder their progress. In 2023, South Africa hit a concerning record by having the highest unemployment rate in Africa, with nearly 35% of its employable population out of work. The unemployment figures for South Africans under 24 are especially alarming. A significant number of matriculates and graduates are unable to secure employment. The predominant challenges are the lack of in-demand skills and inadequate information or guidance about the current job environment.
